1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using the ozpuff website (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Site.
2. Nature of the website
The Site presents the products and manufacturing services offered by ozpuff, including cushions, kitchenware, storage, table linens, bath essentials and home décor. Product images and descriptions are for general reference; final specifications are agreed per order and confirmed in writing (e.g., quotation, sample approval or purchase order).
3. Inquiries and quotations
Inquiries submitted through the Site, by email or by WhatsApp are not orders. Prices, quantities, lead times and specifications are confirmed only in a written quotation issued by ozpuff. All quotations are valid for the period stated on the quotation, unless otherwise agreed.
4. Orders and payment
- Orders are binding once confirmed in writing by both parties.
- Standard payment terms are typically 30% deposit with order and the balance before shipment, unless other terms are agreed in writing.
- If a buyer cancels an order after production has started, any costs already incurred may be charged to the buyer.
5. Intellectual property
All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos and designs, is the property of ozpuff and may not be reproduced without our prior written permission. Custom products developed for a buyer remain subject to the intellectual property terms agreed in the purchase contract.
6. Limitation of liability
The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ozpuff shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the Site or from any transaction conducted with us. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
7. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any dispute arising from the use of the Site or from our business relationship will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation; if unresolved, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent court of Guangzhou, China.

We may revise these Terms of Service at any time. The revised terms will take effect when posted on this page. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
