ozpuff started as a small home-textile workshop and grew into a full-range manufacturer of cushions, storage and kitchen essentials. Today our export team supports wholesalers and retailers across Australia — from single-carton test orders to full container loads.

Questions Australian buyers ask us first
MOQ depends on the product line — many of our bestsellers start from as little as 100–300 pieces, and mixed-carton orders are welcome for AU retail test runs. Send us the product you have in mind and we'll confirm the MOQ and price within 24 hours.
Yes — Australia is our focus market. Sea freight typically arrives in 3–4 weeks to Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane; air freight takes 5–10 days; express couriers deliver samples in 3–5 business days. We offer door-to-door delivery and handle all export documentation.
Yes. We offer OEM (your logo, colors and packaging) and ODM (we design and develop new products for you). Our design team can develop from photos, sketches or your own drawings.
Yes. We recommend approving a pre-production sample before any bulk order. Sample costs are charged at production price and typically refunded once you place the bulk order.
We accept T/T bank transfer, PayPal and major trade platforms. Standard terms are usually 30% deposit to start production and the balance before shipment. Terms can be discussed for long-term partners.
Every order passes through multi-point inspection — incoming materials, in-line production and final packing. You receive photos and a QC report before shipment, and third-party inspection can be arranged on request.
